I will NEVER forget

Hey awesome fellow CITs and CIT leaders!

So I just wanted to say thank you. I feel so blessed to know all of you, and the fact that CIT is over now is heartbreaking to me :( Pretty sure it's heartbreaking to all of us based on the fact alot of us were crying last Friday.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate each and every one of you so much because you are all such great people. Plus, I have never felt so accepted like I did at CIT! You are all such amazing people God has blessed me with in my life, and I love each and every one of you all so much!

Jim, Justin, and Marissa, you three were AMAZING teachers! So Blessed to have had you all as my teachers this summer. And despite all the homework, I learned alot from all three of you. So thank you for teaching me so much!

God does amazing things! Things we don't expect. But through this program, God showed me what it means to surrender everything to him and what it means to serve. So if you could pray that I would just be open to Gods will this year, especially this year since it is Gr. 12, that would be so appreciated because I this is the year where I decide what to do with my life, but I should let God show me where to go. So if you want to, prayers would be appreciated.

Again, I love you all so much and thank you all for being the AMAZING people you all are! You have all taught me something different!

Hey everyone,
I'm not sure how to express how this past month has been. All 31 of you fellow CIT's made the experience so amazing. I was so worried going in about making friends and not too sure what to expect. All of you made those fears disinigrate and now i am heartbroken to have left all of you.

Jim, Justin and Mariss; you guys taught me so much. Thank you for showing me how to live in Christ and answering all of my many questions. I will never forget the influence you had on me.

This program has changed my life for the better, bringing me closer to God and giving me a greater understanding of how he wants me to live.

Thanks again everyone, i love you all so much and miss you already <3

Hey Everyone!

I cannot believe how quickly these three weeks have gone by! It seems like just yesterday I was getting on the ferry to come to camp and now I'm already home. I thought that three weeks was going to be difficult but sitting here now I find myself wanting to walk over to Qtown to have a dance party with 10 lovely campers.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a blessing each of you was to this special group. Every single person brought something to the group. It wouldn't have been the same without you all. I really needed a healthy environment to be in to kick off summer and you all provided that. It was a place where anyone was accepted for who they were and I thank everybody for that. Again, these three weeks have been such a gift that I really don't deserve.

I don't think I could say anything that would justify how much our three leaders meant to me. Jim, Marissa and Justin, together your wisdom, enthusiasme and guidance have changed my mind on many different things. Before this, I didn't really believe that change in a person was possible. I thought that a person is who they're brought up to be but through your stories and your personal lives I'm beginning to see how wrong I was and how much God had been longing to change me. So thank you.

It was really hard to say goodbye to everyone today. I was doing good on controlling my tears until two campers who I had been particularly attached to and who had made big decisions to follow God had to leave. I felt like my heart was broken when they had to leave. If you want you can pray for Jessica and Jordan that they would continue to have that new passion for God and His word and that they could never stop pursuing Him.

I think that's all I wanted to say. You know it's been one emotional day because my dad just brought me a plate of real cheese and real crackers and I started crying. Thank you again to everyone for making this such an amazing experience.
