Howdy Guys =D

So, I guess if you're reading this you are kinda wondering about me? Well, i'm 15 and I live in Nanaimo. I signed up for C.I.T. after a week in dish pit totally threw me last summer. I originally went to camp to just have fun and play with a kid who had asked me to come be staff at his juniors camp after meeting me at Family retreat , maybe learn a little here and there. After my second night at camp I knew that wasn't going to happen, that this week was going to be so much more. In the end, it took me seeing that I had more to learn, even more than the kids, and learning, is exactly what occurred. I found a fire within myself, burning for these kids, a drive to change lives. I have found that I can connect with the kids and become a position of respect and trust to them and have relationships with them that help them to see how God changed my life. After having my life changed and having this change not just affecting who I was, but everything about and around me, I decided to apply for C.I.T. because this wasn't somthing that I was going to be keeping to myself, and to think....all this because of a single junior camper.....God is amazing =)
